Appointments

If you would like to schedule an appointment, please contact us on 07 3841 8099, or book an appointment online with Healthengine or Hotdoc. To stay up to date with practice day to day updates, follow our facebook page: Runcorn Plaza Family Medical Practice.
Most of our standard appointments last for 10 minutes, however if you require more time with any of our Doctors, please advise reception and they will book accordingly. You can learn more about what qualifies as a long appointment by asking our reception team. Where possible, we will always true to find a suitable appointment time with your preferred doctor.
Please note that emergencies will be given priority, if this situation should occur when you are scheduled to attend the practice. Our administration team will ensure every effort to contact you.

Cancellations

Due to a high demand of appointments at Runcorn Plaza Family Medical Practice, Patients please consider other patients, if you are unable to make your appointment please phone the practice and cancel your appointment. This allows other patients to book to see the doctor.

Repeat Prescriptions

You will need to see your General Practitioner in order to get a repeat prescriptions or referrals to specialists. This includes renewed referrals.
