Fees

We are a mixed-billing practice and our fee schedule is as follows. Our policy ensures that the out-of-pocket expense is very minimal.

*From 1st July 2019 the below billing policy applies to all our patients. Please note this is to provide consistency across the new patients and old patients.



Mixed billing is only for weekend and public holidays. Bulk billing still applies for Weekdays until further notice.


Billing Policy


From December 2022, we will be making the transition to Mixed Billing. Private fee will apply to all consultations.


We still Bulk Bill the following:

  • Children 16 years and under
  • Adults 65+
  • Pension/DVA Card Holders
  • Healthcare card holders will be charged a discounted fee

Cancellation / Non-attendance policy


If you can no longer attend the appointment, please cancel or reschedule through your confirmation email or HealthEngine app.
Please call to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you cannot attend it.
A cancellation fee will be charged if you failed to attend it.



New Patient Policy


If you are a new patient, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to complete a new patient form. Please bring your Medicare card and any concession or Health care cards.

New patient registration fee is $20.



We also offer Work Medicals and Commercial Driver Health Assessments. These fees include:


  • Driving Medicals (Uber/Taxi) - $100 + GST
  • Driving Medicals Commercial (Truck/Bus) - $150 + GST
  • Iron Infusions - $200 for Weekdays and $225 on Weekends
  • Vaccines & Injections (price subject to change, please check with Administration Team)
    • Whooping Cough : $45
    • Ear syringing : $25
    • Hepatitis A Adult : $63
    • Hepatitis A Child : $42
    • Hepatitis B : $30
    • Priorix : $35
    • Varivax (Chicken Pox) : $67
  • Mirena Insertion - $150


If you do not have a Medicare Card, you may not be eligible for some of our bulk-billing fees. Dependent on the country you are from, you may be able to apply for a temporary Medicare card. You will need to contact Medicare directly as we are an independent clinic and do not deal with such procedures.
You may be able to claim through your health insurer provider depending on the cover you have. Please speak directly to your insurance provider to find out more.
