At Runcorn Plaza Family Medical, we understand that it’s not always easy or convenient to visit the clinic in person. That’s why we offer Telehealth consultations for eligible patients — allowing you to speak to your doctor from the comfort of your home, workplace, or wherever you may be.

Telehealth appointments are ideal for:

Repeat prescriptions
Test results and follow-up discussions
Ongoing management of chronic conditions
Non-urgent medical advice
Mental health consultations
Referrals to specialists

How Telehealth Works

Book your appointment by calling our reception or booking online.
Prior to your consultation, payment is required for all Telehealth appointments.
At the scheduled time, your doctor will contact you by phone or video link.
If you require a prescription, medical certificate, or referral, it will be sent to you electronically or made available for collection.

Our Telehealth service helps ensure that you can still receive quality medical care when you can’t attend the clinic in person — whether due to illness, distance, or a busy schedule.

Please note: Telehealth consultations are available only to eligible patients, in line with Medicare guidelines. Our reception staff can advise you on eligibility and fees when booking.
